The Grand Nizami Food Festival 2026 ran July 3 to July 11, 2026, at The Plaza Hotel, Begumpet, Hyderabad. The festival served an unlimited buffet of more than 35 authentic Hyderabadi dishes.
The spread drew straight from the Nizam royal kitchen playbook: Haleem, Nizami Nalli Biryani, Seekh Kebabs, Royal Curries, and Traditional Desserts all on one table. Hyderabadi cuisine, rooted in Mughal and Persian influence, rarely gets this kind of structured showcase outside wedding season.
